LoanAmerica is looking for a Loan Support Specialist who will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective borrowers navigating the loan application and origination process. You'll handle inbound inquiries across phone, email, and live chat, guiding applicants through account setup, document submission, application status questions, and education financing fundamentals. You'll also work directly with school partners to coordinate enrollment verification and disbursement logistics. You'll be equipped with modern AI tools to work faster and smarter, drafting borrower communications, building response templates, and helping maintain our borrower-facing knowledge base. This is an execution-focused role with real strategic growth potential as the company scales.
